If you like to “dig” into yourself, this recommendation is for you!

The best way to become depressed is to endlessly analyze something negative within yourself. Unless, of course, you are a Buddhist monk in terms of level of awareness)))

This is how we humans are designed: if there are no external incentives for good, the psyche will concentrate on the bad. This is a genetically predisposed mechanism because it increases survival.

Therefore, if a person comes immersed in internal negativity, I will empathically, without putting pressure on him, try to connect him with the outside world. Because the exit is here. It is worth redirecting his psychic energy outward.

We live simultaneously in the inner and outer world. And a balance should be maintained between these worlds.

What do you like? What would you like? Where do you find pleasure? Where have you had fun before? What kind of people do you like to communicate with? What places do you like?

But I don’t ignore the client’s experiences, of course.

Such people are highly recommended to engage in sports and any physical activity. Let it be minimal activity, the main thing is that the person likes it. Usually, such people do not have the skill to distract themselves from difficult feelings.

Another good recommendation in this case is to keep a personal observation journal in writing or in audio format. This daily habit will help you develop the skill of becoming aware of your feelings, emotions, experiences and intentionally shifting from a negative mental state to a positive one.

This journal can be any notebook or diary.

You need to be able to distract yourself. The life of an entrepreneur is not without stress and negative experiences. Therefore, the skill of consciously switching from negative to positive is one of the most important soft skills for your growth in business.
